For over 30 years, Linda Gawley has developed a thriving career in condominium and cooperative management in New York City.

A trailblazer in the industry, Linda Gawley began her career at Douglas Elliman Gibbons & Ives and was named their first female Vice President after only five years with the firm. She later acted as a founding member of Gumley Haft. Her management of prestigious portfolios allowed her to elevate her experience at Brown Harris Stevens as a Senior Vice President, eventually joining AKAM as Senior Vice President and Director of the organization’s Residential Brokerage.

Her extensive background in negotiations and financial dealings across residential, luxury and commercial properties, as well as her meaningful relationships with industry professionals serves Gawley well in her current role at AKAM where she closes deals, runs AKAM’s Brokerage Specialist Program and leads a team of over 20 brokers. Gawley also continues to manage two luxury properties, which she has done for over two decades.

Gawley graduated from Marymount College before advancing her studies at the Real Estate Institute of New York University. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and serves on the Residential Management Council after having served on the Residential Brokerage Council.
