AKAM’s Commercial Brokerage division, also known as The Ashtin Group, is a reputable, boutique firm based in New York City and led by industry veterans Brett Rovner and Randolph Lewis.

Brett joined AKAM’s commercial division in 2011 and, having built a strong professional partnership with Randolph over the years, recruited him to join the firm in 2016. Together, the two bring decades of real estate industry experience and complementary skill sets to serve clients in retail and office leasing, investment sales, and parking garage transactions.
